The elevators were a total disaster! During peak dinner hours, we waited 15-30 minutes just to get one. Sometimes they were so jam-packed that I had to skip it and take the stairs, which was no fun after a long day!

The rooftop bar had stunning views and great vibes, and the check-in process was a breeze. The room felt super clean and came with sweet treats that added a nice touch. the rooms were quite small, making moving around a bit tricky. While the pool looked inviting, we never got to use it due to the rain. An unexpected deposit left us scratching our heads. The staff was friendly overall, but the slow elevators during busy times were a hassle. Despite a few hiccups, the atmosphere was fantastic; I’d still recommend it.

Staying here gave us easy access to everything fun, with Times Square just a short 10-minute walk away, Central Park not much further at almost 2 km, and plenty of amazing restaurants like Carmine's and Junior's right around the corner, while the friendly staff and comfortable rooms made our experience memorable, but the wait for the elevators could get a bit long during busy times.

The room was beautifully appointed, with a super comfortable bed and plush pillows. Lighting was excellent, especially in the bathroom. Cleanliness was top-notch, and there was ample storage for our weekend needs. The temperature control was sometimes unreliable; the AC stopped working initially but was swiftly repaired. While the decor was contemporary, the lack of robes was disappointing. Noise levels varied; we could hear the action from the bar, which was lively.

The overall vibe is cheerful, but outside, it can get overwhelming with street vendors. Beautiful hotel, but definitely room for improvement in guest management. I’d consider another visit, just with adjusted expectations.

The staff were exceptional, the room was cozy, and the various bars and restaurants on-site were fantastic. The rooftop bar had breathtaking views, and the service was top-notch. Only minor inconveniences were slow service at the Landshark restaurant and elevator confusion.
