I had a pleasant stay at Rowan Tree Guest House in Keswick with my son. the room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast options were fantastic. the hosts, Anne and Paul, were welcoming and provided great local advice. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby landmarks like Fitz Park and Great Wood, adding to our relaxing family bonding experience during our visit. the only downside was the slightly cramped room and limited parking, but overall, it was a memorable stay.

The English breakfast was so delicious that I asked for half portions the next day. the pressure of the shower made me feel reborn after a long hiking day. the hosts were lovely, and the bed was as cozy as a cloud.

While the room is cozy, it can get a bit warm on summer nights in Cumbria. this seems to be a common occurrence in the area during this time of year, so it's not a major issue.
