Our second stay at this hotel and once again we were impressed. The manager was very helpful and check-in was a breeze. The car park right outside was well-lit and convenient. The room was spotless with attention to detail. Decent-sized towels, TV with all channels, and a super comfy bed. Disposable earplugs provided - a first for us! Good WiFi and plenty of off-road parking space.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was great, being close to the city centre and just a short drive away from the zoo and shopping outlet. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with super comfy beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room and the spacious car park. a fantastic experience!

That the bathroom sink didn't have a mixer tap, so the water got very hot.

The room was clean and had a separate entrance. It was convenient to have a door to the outside and car park. The breakfast was not included, but the option to choose on the day was a good idea. The staff was kind and caring, always willing to help. The bar had a cozy atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. The beer garden looked amazing for the summer months.

Comfy bed, excellent shower, good quality produce for breakfast, strange extra charge for tea and coffee, excellent cleanliness in the room and bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay in a clean and bright guesthouse. The location was great, with a beautiful garden at the back leading to a lovely canal towpath. The local park and ride to the city was just a short drive away. The breakfast was of good quality, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There were nice details in the room, like a wall dividing the bathroom from the shower and close proximity to the park.

The noise from the nearby pub was a bit bothersome at times.

We stayed overnight during our trip to Northwest England. the location was convenient for our plans, and the meals were quite good. We particularly enjoyed the sea bass and the ribs. the staff was welcoming and friendly, which was a huge plus as we were exhausted from travelling all day.

the breakfast menu was too complicated, especially for vegetarians. We found it overwhelming and not user-friendly.
