The staff were amazing and helpful, and the food was excellent. the hotel was very clean. Location-wise, it was conveniently located near key attractions. Plus, there was a stunning venue for events.

There were a few minor issues that could have been improved. For instance, the tea bags in the room were limited, and the milk was off.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being spacious, modern, and well presented. The hotel facilities were great, especially the bar area and the option to sit on the lawn in deck chairs. The location was perfect, as it was close to nice pubs and not far from Ascot centre. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very professional, making our short stay a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was well cooked and expansive, providing a delicious start to our day.

We recently stayed at this place as a special birthday treat and had a fantastic time. The location of this venue was absolutely fantastic, just what we were looking for. The grounds and interior of the hotel were beautiful, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was very comfortable and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality service. We were particularly impressed with the staff, Mia in particular. She made us feel very welcome and made an effort to ensure that my dietary needs were met. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious, with a great gluten-free option for cereal and bread. The restaurant also served nice food for dinner, although the service could have been improved with some extra training.

We stayed for a birthday party and wanted a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. The function rooms, bar area, restaurant, and outside areas were all lovely. The bathroom in our room was also large. The front of house manager, Rupert, was excellent and sorted out any problems we had. The staff were all very helpful, smiling, and attentive. The check-in was seamless and the reception staff were extremely helpful. The room was modern, spacious, and well-appointed, with a supremely comfortable bed. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The dining experience was exquisite, with an extraordinarily talented chef and professional dining room staff. The hotel sets a standard that other 4-star hotels should envy and aspire to.

The hotel is located in a quiet, leafy green area of Berkshire. The rooms are large and comfortable, perfect for families with children.
