The service provided was great, and the staff were very professional, efficient, and smiling. They were extremely welcoming and accommodated all our needs and requests. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and garden area where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. the service and amenities provided made our stay here a truly enjoyable experience.

While our stay here was wonderful, there were a few aspects that were not good for us. However, we still highly recommend this place to others due to its central location and proximity to two very decent and reasonably priced restaurants.

During our stay at Studio 27, we were impressed by the kind and accommodating front desk staff. They went out of their way to provide excellent service, even going as far as buying milk from a store when the hotel didn't have any. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a Smart TV, A/C, towels, and a mini fridge. The location was also central and convenient, with two great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the endless entertainment of the staff trying to resolve the parking chaos. The "American breakfast" was a surprise masterpiece of minimalism. The concierge service made me feel like a celebrity with their disinterested glances.

Who needs natural light or fresh air? The windowless room and bathroom next to my bed were truly an innovative design choice.

The location of this place is mind-blowing, so close to the bus station! And they really went above and beyond to accommodate us when our A/C had a problem. The front desk staff were super kind and friendly, they even went out to get us milk and ice for our iced coffee! The amenities here are jaw-dropping, from the laundry services to the currency exchange and shuttle services. The room itself had everything we needed, including a Smart TV, A/C, towels, a hair dryer, microwave. Plus, the rooftop jacuzzi and patio were absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe the value for my money at this hotel. It felt like staying at a upscale hotel for the price of a hostel. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a cute and modern design. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The location was great, close to a big mall and within walking distance to the Zona Colonial.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they had more variety of items.

my recent stay in santo domingo exceeded expectations. cozy and comfortable room, fully stocked fridge, and great AC. the rooftop was perfect for pictures. the staff was friendly and helpful. definitely staying here again, perfect for a night or two. good location and easy to find.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-made. The internet worked well, better than other places.

This hotel is conveniently located near Caribe Tours and a couple of nice restaurants. the bed was huge and the room was clean and had hot water. the breakfast was decent and provided a great start to the day before exploring the city. complementary ice and water was a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak at times and the view from the room was of a concrete wall. some staff members were impolite and the swimming pool was actually a tiny jacuzzi that didn't function properly.
