Pros I arrived to find my room unclean, with cobwebs and a falling curtain. Despite the maintenance issues, the location was convenient. the breakfast was satisfactory. I recommend this hotel.

The kids had a blast with all the fun activities and games available.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.

stayed at royal esplanade with very large rooms, super comfy beds, and easy access to public transport. breakfast was lovely, staff were very nice and helpful, and location was perfect. opposite hover port and bus station, 2 minutes from island railway line. enjoyed the best coffee shop in the area.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a short walk into town, close to the attractions, beaches, and transport links. the staff were super lovely and the rooms were clean with comfy beds.

Some rooms had very steep staircases to access, which may be challenging for some guests.

The room had weak wifi, minimal TV channels, and maintenance issues. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was pleasant, with a clean room and comfortable beds in a peaceful setting.
