From the moment I walked in, very late because of a ferry delay, the staff were extremely helpful, efficient, genuine and were so throughout my entire stay. The room was lovely with a view of the river and quay, and the meals at the onsite restaurant were the best I had in Scotland. The hotel also had a large private car park, which was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location on the Outer Hebrides, at the start of the downtown strip and marina, offered beautiful views of the Loch and marina. The staff, including Alexander and the lovely receptionist, were welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The location was fantastic, with beautiful sea views from the rooms. The hotel also offered easy parking and had umbrellas available for guests. The bistro had great service and delicious food, including local fish options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of character, with fantastic views of the river and Lewes Castle. The WiFi connection was reliable, and the breakfast was plentiful, offering a good selection of options.
