We had a wonderful stay, as the hotel was conveniently located close to the harbour and the train station. The room was comfortable and well-decorated, providing a homely feel. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices available. We also enjoyed sitting in the bar in the evening, relaxing with a drink. a pleasant experience.

I had a great stay at the Royal Mackintosh! The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy four poster bed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the town centre and public transportation. Definitely got great value for my money!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wholesome and satisfying. it was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway.

The quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional, and the offer of a discounted pint of beer was a great bonus. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to town and ample street parking nearby.

The on-site parking was limited, and we had to park on the street. In our room, there were a few areas that were not as clean as expected, such as handprints on the doors and curtains that were not properly attached.
