We, as adventure travelers, loved the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff at this centrally located hostel. The beds were comfortable, communal areas spacious and clean, and the little extras like named rooms and beds added a fun touch. Great value for money!

Royal Mile Backpackers is in a fantastic location, right on the main street. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is cosy and friendly. The hostel is clean, including the well-organized kitchen facilities. The rooms are comfortable and have nice amenities, both in the rooms and common areas. a great place to stay.

For early check-outs, reception is not open and guests have to go to a nearby hostel. Bathrooms labeled "Women" and "Unisex" could be confusing for non-English speakers.

I stayed at a hostel located just opposite the old castle, which made for a stunning view every morning. The location was also ideal, as it was near the train station and close to all the important sightseeing spots in the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and plenty of sockets. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, although it did get a bit crowded at times. The staff provided excellent service, always available to help and offer advice. The breakfast could have been better, but it was still satisfactory.

The hostel provided free wifi and free tea/coffee, which was a nice bonus. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the tourist spots. the staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The noise from nearby clubs could be an issue, especially for rooms facing the main street. It would be beneficial if the hostel had a few more toilets and if the showers were safer, as the step in them made me fear slipping.

I recently stayed at Royal Mile Backpackers for a few nights during my trip to Edinburgh. The hostel staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The facilities were well-maintained and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. Despite being fully booked, there were no inconveniences such as long queues for showers or meals. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the popular attractions. my stay exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this hostel.

The rooms at this centrally located hostel were a good size and kept very clean. I appreciated having my own light and outlet by the bed, including USB ports. The free coffee and tea were a nice touch, and I never had to wait for a toilet or shower. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, especially the blond girl at reception. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Edinburgh's old town. I had a great stay and would recommend it.
