Excellent stay at City Sleeper. Kingba was very professional and helpful, managing to find three rooms for our group. Rooms were clean and staff were professional and nice. Breakfast had a wide range of options. the hotel is well located, close to attractions and public transportation. Checking out was easy. Will definitely recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a train station and bus stops. It was also conveniently close to Euston train station. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always courteous and helpful, especially their Manager. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, tea and coffee facilities, an in-room safe, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a business center for added convenience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and proximity to major attractions in the city. The hotel is just a short walk away from Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, and we were able to explore the British Museum and other places within 10 minutes. There were also plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, making it easy for us to find everything we needed. Additionally, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Andreia who checked us in. She patiently answered all our questions and made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet at City Sleeper was impressive and offered a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast. Great amenities and value for money for a busy peak season. Convenient location near key transportation systems and local attractions. the breakfast options were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and delicious coffee.

The rooms weren’t soundproofed, so traffic noise was an issue. the room service wasn't up to standard and staff were not as friendly as expected.

We stayed at the City Sleeper in a newly refurbished room, and it was incredibly clean and comfortable. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street. We loved the scenic route through Russell Square gardens, and being so close to the British Gallery was a bonus. the nearby tube station made it easy to explore the city, with Covent Garden and Kings Cross only a short ride away. There were also convenient shops and eateries nearby. the breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of options for coffee, tea, and juices. As someone with dietary restrictions, I appreciated the gluten-free choices available, including bread that the staff would toast for me in a separate kitchen area. the hot food was clearly labeled, making it easy for me to make choices. we were most impressed with the breakfast and left feeling satisfied each morning.
