The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, nestled in a picturesque village surrounded by beautiful buildings. It was conveniently close to the main road, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with a cheerful attitude.

There was a lack of basic essentials such as bacon, jam, and marmalade.

We loved the vintage feel, although it would've been nice to have more lighting options for reading. The bathroom was luxurious, with a vintage-style bathtub and a separate shower. The location was excellent, with easy access to scenic walks. Despite a few minor hiccups like waiting for breakfast and limited gluten-free options, we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a charming countryside pub. The staff were attentive and the service was exceptional. Our deluxe room had a cozy four poster bed and a large bathroom with a freestanding cast iron bath. The complimentary flask of port and specialty teas and coffees added a nice touch. The dinner was excellent, and they even gave us a complimentary glass of fizz for our anniversary. The attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere make me want to come back.

The breakfast was stunning, offering a great selection of delicious options. The location was ideal, with easy access to the main road and quick transportation to nearby attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of readable books available in the room and the cleaners were very flexible.

There was also confusion regarding the available cold breakfast options. The poached eggs had an overwhelming vinegar taste and the sourdough toast was not like the usual sourdough toast experienced.
