The Royal Wells Hotel offered great value for my money. The room was comfortable, modern and spacious, and the staff treated me with friendliness and efficiency.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options for yogurt and fresh fruit.

The staff at this hotel are an absolute asset. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, their customer service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. It's the best service I've experienced in a long time.

The only thing that could be improved is the noise level in the evening. On a few nights, there was live music playing at the nearby pub and it was quite loud.

The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was great. Tea and coffee facilities were good. the bar/restaurant area was nicely decorated and the breakfast was fabulous.

There was a huge cobweb in the room and it was very hot even after turning down the radiators. There was a strange hoover-like noise and a leaking gutter near our room that kept us awake.

The hotel was conveniently located near the town centre and provided us with a tourist board map to explore the shops and local attractions. The staff were excellent, making us feel welcome and providing a warm reception. The room, although small, was cosy and comfortable for a couple.

We had an amazing time during our trip! the complimentary breakfast and parking on-site were great bonuses that we appreciated. the location was spot on, making it easy for us to explore the area. We also enjoyed the excellent service from the friendly and accommodating staff.

We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi, as it was unsecured and unreliable. Hopefully, this is an issue that can be addressed in the future.
