I keep returning for the cozy stay. First trip, staff suggested taxis. I find all I need: Wi-Fi, parking, TV, kettle. Love the VIP treatment, hiking, and golf. No pets or smoke, picnics too. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

The location of this bed and breakfast is simply stunning, nestled in a beautiful area surrounded by picturesque scenery. The room was spotless and had a modern shower, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service was impeccable, with the friendly and welcoming owner going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious selection of freshly cooked food. the back garden provided a lovely outdoor space to relax in.

It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower to conveniently place shampoo and other toiletries.

Absolute gem of a place. the garden views were breathtaking, making me feel like I was in a fairytale. the owner's hospitality was as warm as a cozy fireplace on a cold winter night. the breakfast was a feast fit for royalty, setting the bar high for future B&B stays.

We stayed at Rye Flatt for a cycling trip along the Pennine Bridleway. The location was perfect and the hosts, Jim and Marion, were incredibly accommodating. They didn't mind us arriving covered in mud and even managed to get us a table at the fully booked Emmott Arms pub nearby. The house was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. It was a gem of a place and we highly recommend it.
