We had a wonderful stay at a charming guest house in a lovely location. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The breakfast in the spacious conservatory was absolutely delicious, starting our day off on a high note. The host was friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ample car parking and the nice sized garden where our dog could freely roam. The check-in system with a pin code was convenient as we arrived late and left early for a flight.

The walls and ceilings were a bit thin, allowing some noise from neighboring rooms to disturb our sleep. However, this didn't hinder us enough to have a fairly good night's rest.

We spent Christmas in a guest house near the airport and the main road, but we managed to ignore the noise with earplugs. At least the staff provided them. the location was perfect to explore the surroundings and grab a bite to eat. A small selection of drinks was available in a cozy room with an honesty jar when staff was off. the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the festive decorations, and the hosts kindly offered us mulled wine and mince pies.

Sadly, the coffee pot was never hot enough, no matter the timing. the internet connection was spotty and slow.
