The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to the main street full of bars and restaurants options. It was convenient to have easy access to all the local attractions and nightlife. The apartments were new and stylish, providing a comfortable and modern accommodation option for guests.- One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly reception staff who were always willing to assist with any queries or concerns.

Our stay was constantly disrupted by ongoing construction works, which affected our overall experience. The noise from the drilling was particularly bothersome, especially during sunset hours and even during our supposedly relaxing complimentary massage session.

The limited pool lounging chairs resulted in a frustrating situation where early morning towel claimers hogged them for hours. the uncomfortable mattresses left us tossing and turning at night.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in La Punta. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to everything in the area, and a quick cab ride took us to Zicatela. the facilities were new and stylishly decorated, making for a comfortable stay. We loved having access to a private area of the beach with minimal peddlers. the beds were so comfy and the AC worked perfectly to keep us cool. the staff went above and beyond by having our room ready early and even decorated it for my birthday. the security and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our positive experience.

The communication from staff before our arrival was excellent, and the facility itself was stunning. From the private pools to the private balconies and the beach bar, everything was perfect. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and the kittens running around were an adorable bonus. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Puerto Escondido. the breakfast and drinks at the bar were delicious too. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach. 10/10 recommend!

In the evenings, we were close to the vibrant area with the best restaurants in Puerto Escondido.

Our suite had a breathtaking view of the ocean and pool, and it had everything we could need. the bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept the room cool. We enjoyed relaxing on our patio, swimming in the clean and temperature-perfect pool, and watching beautiful sunsets. Casa Kuaa is definitely one of our favorite hotels, and we can't wait to come back.
