I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in North Devon. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were lovely, although they might be a bit small for a family with older children. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of options to suit everyone's needs. The staff were friendly and provided good service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. this hotel offered good value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

During my recent stay at a charming B&B, I had the pleasure of experiencing the warm hospitality and friendly service that Saffron House has to offer. The owners, David and Diane, went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had a wonderful time. The traditional decor of the house created a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and our room had breathtaking views of the countryside. Despite being small, the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a shower and tea/coffee making facilities.

Although we faced a minor inconvenience with our car, David was understanding and allowed us to stay in the car park until the issue was resolved. The location of Saffron House was also convenient, as it was only a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

Pleasant welcome from friendly hosts. Quiet room at the back with double bed. Ample storage space. Nicely cooked breakfast with plenty of choices.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing was too much trouble.
