This place suits me perfectly. The friendly staff always helps with my needs, and I enjoy the good wi-fi, fitness center, and restaurant. I remember my first stay when they guided me to my destination. I recommend trying the bar, too! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, well-insulated from airport noise. The dining experience stood out, particularly the newly improved dishes. the salmon and unique Club Sandwich were highlights. However, the breakfast service was overwhelmed during peak hours and could use additional staff to maintain quality. Internet access was reliable and quick throughout the stay, allowing for ease of work before flights.

The bar staff, particularly Angel, were exceptional at personalizing my dining experience with tailored food and drink recommendations.

My room lacked sufficient power outlets for charging devices!!! A night light in the bathroom would have been appreciated!!! The bar service was poorly managed and left much to be desired after waiting with no attention from staff!!!

Staff made the difference

The front desk team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Karen. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the airport. I enjoyed the clean room and had a decent meal at the bar.

super close to the airport, just a quick walk for ur late night arrivals. rooms are comfy and clean and the staff is nice and helpful, i got an early check-in too, which was sweet. breakfast has lots of choices, way better than what i usually get. the gym and pool are a lifesaver after a long flight. overall good vibes at this hotel.
