The breakfast at Sailors Rest was a delightful start to the day, with friendly staff and spotlessly clean accommodation. the location is a gem, perfect for exploring the beautiful streets and meeting friendly locals. the rooms cater to all needs with lovely touches, ensuring a memorable stay. the floor privacy, comfy beds, and tasty cooked breakfast options were top-notch.

The shower was a bit small, and an unexpected visitor opened our door. A full-length mirror and more door pegs would be practical additions.

We stayed at Sailors Rest for a weekend getaway and were truly impressed by its prime location, well-renovated interior, and the stunning views from the top room. the comfortable beds, great shower facilities, and dog-friendly environment made our stay even better. Saunton Beach was a lovely spot to relax, but Westward Ho was a bit windy for my liking. the free WiFi was a lifesaver; it kept me entertained during my stay. the view from my room was breathtaking, worth every penny.

Great shower facilities and exceptional views from the rooms made for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and suitable for those traveling with dogs. The location was superb, right in the middle of town with a pub, cafe, and fish and chip shop nearby. Being close to the beaches and burrows was a bonus.

The lack of communication about room access and the unresponsiveness of the staff when we tried to call was frustrating. Parking was also hit and miss on the road and the nearby car park came with an additional charge.

The rooms at Sailors Rest were comfortable and clean, with exceptional views and great shower facilities. the location is superb, right on the quayside, with a lovely cafe and pub nearby. Appledore offers a wonderful stay with beaches nearby.

the database was top-notch with easy access to all necessary information. the room was fantastic, complete with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the city. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of the tea tray provided on the lower floors.

The only small downside was the limited selection of channels on the TV in the room. But that was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

Great location with beautiful views of the estuary and sunrise. the room was recently decorated, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well equipped and clean, with a good shower. Loved the coffee machine in the room for a great start to the day.

The top room had low beams, making it easy to bump your head if you're taller. the shower cubicle was tiny and not well-designed, making it hard to move around without knocking into things.

loved our stay at sailors rest in appledore. this time, we celebrated a wedding and it exceeded expectations. super clean room, comfy bed, and stunning estuary view. sunrise was breathtaking. can't wait to come back!

Great waterfront location. Comfortable bed & spotlessly clean room. Very nice shower room. Good tea & coffee making facilities. Very good breakfast at the pub with nice staff. Bed super comfy. Room lovely and tidy, nice to have a fridge. Easy access to the property sent through before via email - no contact with anyone but easy.
