I had a comfortable stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. The bar and restaurant were impressive, and the room was nicely decorated. The staff were accommodating and helped me change rooms to a quieter area of the building when the noise became an issue. I also appreciated the availability of free street parking in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. the noise from the function room and the bar could be disruptive, especially if you're hoping for an early night.

my recent stay in birmingham was amazing! saint pauls house went above and beyond to make my fiance's birthday special. the complimentary chocolates and mini bar were a pleasant surprise. the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with modern yet cozy decor. the staff were fantastic and the location was perfect. considering the slightly pricey room rate, it was definitely worth it!

Noisy function disturbed my sleep.

My recent stay at St Paul's House was fantastic. The food was exceptional, with fresh, high-quality ingredients cooked to order. The reception staff were professional and handled any complaints efficiently. The room was generally of a good standard, despite a few minor issues. The location was also great, with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. the hotel had a loud bar and function venue, which played extremely loud music from 4pm onwards.

We had a comfortable and clean stay at St Pauls House. The rooms were small but perfectly formed and very clean. The staff were pleasant and the location was convenient for exploring the city center. The bar had a great atmosphere and was a nice place to relax with a drink. Despite some noise from the disco and breakfast delay, it didn't affect our overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the heart of the city and close to all the action. Situated in the best square downtown, it provides easy access to the city center. The rooms are stylish and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The staff offers exceptional service, making guests feel safe and welcome. The breakfast served at the hotel is of high quality and comes out piping hot. the hotel provides a great experience for business guests.

Located near a peaceful church and park. Close to the jewellery quarter and city center. Charming decor with a beautiful chandelier and modern interior. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Good air conditioning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a lovely square overlooking a stunning church. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the efficient room service and housekeeping. We were impressed with the welcome drink and the little treats left for us in the room, adding a special touch to our stay. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. There was also a cozy sitting area where we could unwind and relax. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful garden furniture and the peaceful atmosphere. The free toiletries and electric kettle were also much appreciated, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The television and AM/FM alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort offered by this hotel.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, as it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Complimentary mini-bar was a welcome touch and the onsite parking made things easy. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and bars. the room was chic and modern and the bed was really comfy - we slept like logs!

The shower needed a bit of attention and could do with some black mould remover. although the bed was comfortable, it wasn't the comfiest we've ever slept in.
