Upon my arrival, I was thrilled to find my room overlooking the bay, offering a truly breathtaking view. the comfortable bed and spacious room made my stay here feel luxurious and relaxing. the friendly welcome from the receptionist added a nice personal touch to my experience.

The beach access is limited, but overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

the overall tired appearance of the hotel and the need for some maintenance and updates were noticeable drawbacks that affected the overall experience.

The Sandbanks Hotel in Poole offered an amazing location right on the beach, with a beach view room that was worth the extra cost. the staff was welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good. the hotel also provided relaxation options like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, sun terrace, and beach access, enhancing our overall experience. the nearby landmarks such as Brownsea Island Scout camp, Bournemouth Pier, and Canford Cliffs Beach added a unique touch to our family bonding experience.

we had a great breakfast with plenty of choice at sandbanks. the location was perfect right on the beach. we loved the afternoon food options and the excellent service in the bar. our bedroom had a lovely view and easy access to the beach.

Arriving for dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a beautiful, romantic setup with candles and flowers, adding a special touch to celebrate my partner's birthday. the attentive staff made it a memorable evening. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's entertainment for teens was lit - we partied at the beach bar and chilled at the game room. the location was sick with easy access to the beach and trendy spots. Thumbs up for a rad time with the squad!

I got a room with a beautiful view of the beach and sea, which was a real treat. the breakfast selection was nice, and the staff were polite and attentive. the terrace was a great spot to relax, and the bed was comfy.

Many staff members didn't meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. the hotel felt outdated overall, especially the bathroom, needing a refurbishment to match its star rating.

the beachfront location provided stunning views and easy access to the Blue Flag beach.

oh, what a wonderful time in poole! sandbanks truly delighted me this visit. waking up to a seaview room was simply magical. breakfast was tasty, and the italian restaurant had stunning sunset views. plenty of beach walks and fun entertainment for the kids. everything felt just right.
