This hotel was close to the beach, making it the perfect location for our stay. The beach was fabulous, being right on the Jurassic Coast and offering stunning views. The staff provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning and were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We also found the hotel to be very clean and had convenient parking.

The location of the guest house was perfect, being close to the beach, shops, gardens, and restaurants. After a day spent on the beach, it was lovely to have a nice walk into town and explore the surrounding area. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The comfortable bed and extra blankets provided ensured a cozy night's sleep.

The bathroom in our room was a bit cramped and the door stuck, but it was manageable.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sandhaven! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront and close to the town center and restaurants. The hosts, Martine and John, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed and the breakfast included was delicious and plentiful. Despite a slightly cold room, the owners were attentive and ready to address any issues. I had a wonderful experience at the Sandhaven and would highly recommend it.

Shower water went cold when someone turned on a tap in the building.

Stayed at a charming guest house with friendly hosts who made us feel relaxed and comfortable. the room and ensuite were very clean with fluffy towels. Enjoyed the well-stocked library and guest sitting room with a large TV. the breakfasts were the best I've ever had, with plentiful and varied options, including a delicious fresh fruit salad and a perfectly cooked 'Full English' with a vegetarian option. the location is great, just 5 minutes from the beach.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Swanage. the location was ideal - situated in a quiet part of town, but still within easy walking distance to the town center. This made it perfect for exploring the local area. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. Lastly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the hotel. The rooms were well maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. Plus, I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities. this hotel offered excellent value for money, with breakfast included.

Had a great Christmas weekend by the seaside with lovely accommodation. Bedding was super comfortable and the room was cosy. Loved the little touches such as the tea and biscuits provided. Location was ideal, with only a short walk to the beach and town centre which made exploring easy. Breakfast was a standout, with a range of options including fresh fruit and a full English.

Had a little trouble with the shower, as the temperature was tricky to get right. Noise levels were a bit of a downside due to the building being old, so could hear neighbours a bit.

Breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were very attentive. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of the town center. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having a lounge area to relax in.

The bathroom was a bit tricky, with a sloping ceiling and a step in the middle of the floor which made it feel a little unstable. the water in the bath was sometimes a bit cold, but overall it wasn't a big issue for us.
