Easy to drive to on an island reached by famous barrages. Close to everything but feels remote. Sunsets across water are spectacular. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good quality food at reasonable prices.

It's also conveniently close to the ferry in Burwick, perfect if you're catching an early morning ride. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, and the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a variety of options to start your day off right. You can also enjoy gorgeous views from certain rooms, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel on the small harbour. The location was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of the water from my room. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful employees who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room was beautifully appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a convenient bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The location was just perfect, with the sea views and being fairly central for a base to explore the islands. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience at Sands! the setting was absolutely glorious and the staff went above and beyond to please us. the location was perfect, being close to the ferry and having a nice restaurant and bar on site. We couldn't resist trying the steak and ale pie, which was absolutely wonderful. the value for our money was great, and we appreciated the free wifi. the staff even packed us a lunch when we had to leave before breakfast, which was a lifesaver on our long drive the next day.

The included breakfast offers a great selection, and the hotel's lounge is a cozy spot to relax in. it's a great value for money and a fantastic place to stay in this unique part of the world.

The walls in the rooms are quite thin, allowing for some noise from adjacent rooms.

sands in burray village has exceeded my expectations once again. the lovely location next to the beach and the comfortable, well-laid out apartment made for a relaxing holiday. the staff were fabulous and the veg lasagne was mouth-watering. highly recommend!

Spent New Year's Eve in a cozy hotel by the sea. Lovely views from the room we stayed in. the food was alright, had a limited menu but the options were satisfactory. We particularly enjoyed the pack-up lunch, it was handy to have during our walks around the town. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for places to visit nearby.

The hotel decoration didn't have character or charm. the room was basic and not well-maintained, the bathroom had a few leaks and we had to ask for clean towels.
