From the warm welcome by Nicola at the front desk to the luxurious Junior suite with thoughtful birthday surprises, every detail was perfect. the staff went out of their way to make our celebration special, and the restaurant served the best food I've had in a long time. the hotel and grounds were stunning, and the location was ideal for exploring Kelso and Floors Castle. the level of service at this hotel was truly world-class. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel offered exceptional service, with a warm welcome, attentive staff, and special touches for celebrations. The Junior suite was luxurious and impeccably clean. The restaurant served delicious food, and the cozy bar with a log fire was perfect for a nightcap. The Full Scottish breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's stunning grounds were within easy reach of the picturesque town of Kelso and Floors Castle.

Lovely location and nice comfortable rooms. the room was great for a relaxing night and the location was perfect for a weekend getaway. the comfortable rooms provided a cozy atmosphere for a peaceful stay.

Dinner and breakfast was overpriced and the quality was not up to par. We have had several meals at much lower prices during our travels in the UK that were far cheaper and of much higher standards.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel fulfilled every expectation. the stunning spa and wellness center, complete with a relaxing sauna and soothing massage treatments, were a highlight of our stay. the swimming pool was perfectly heated for a refreshing dip, and the sun terrace offered stunning views over the scenic gardens. Our room featured exclusive advantages, including a private treatment room and in-room breakfast. the restaurant delivered mouth-watering dishes, accompanied by refreshing cocktails in the bar lounge.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited dining options available at the hotel. Despite the delicious cuisine, we would have appreciated a wider variety of food and drink choices.

Loved the gorgeous building with attractive public rooms. the staff was very welcoming, courteous, and professional. the location was fantastic with beautiful grounds, and the proximity to a nearby town of a few miles was just perfect for us. the comfortable bed with good pillows and sheets was perfect to help you recharge your batteries.

It was a little disappointing not to have more breakfast options available. the details could have been better, such as having bigger bathroom provisions and soap for two people.

We stayed at Schloss Roxburghe for a night, adding it on to our trip. The castle is stunning and our courtyard room was spacious and luxurious. The room had all the amenities we needed, and my husband was thrilled with the large TV. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was wonderful. The attention to detail, including welcome treats and a surprise bottle of wine, made our stay extra special. We can't wait to return for a longer leisure stay.

The beautiful grounds at Schloss Roxburghe Hotel And Golf Course provided a tranquil setting for a leisurely walk. The comfortable lounges in the main building offered a cozy place to relax during the day. The rooms in the lodges were comfortable and the fire in the grates gave a welcoming feel to the building.

The limited menu options and the fact that it only changed weekly during my 4-night stay. One evening, we had to wait an hour for our dinner and the waitress seemed to have forgotten to put our order through.

We loved the blend of modern and old at this hotel, where Substance. the grand house was beautifully restored. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the newly renovated spa with its outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing personal attention throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

We ended the night playing Backgammon by the cozy bar's log fire. the hotel's stunning grounds and proximity to Kelso and Floors Castle added to our memorable experience. the service was world-class, and we can't wait to return.

I had a quick and hassle-free check-in, and the hotel accommodated all my prior requests, including having my dog in the room. They even surprised my partner with a lovely Happy Birthday message and bubbles in the room. The clay pigeon shooting experience was absolutely amazing, thanks to the great guys who assisted us. The spa was the highlight of our stay, with the staff being incredibly helpful, especially a tall staff member. The breakfast was fantastic, and the morning staff provided brilliant service. I also loved how dog-friendly this place is, and the room and shower facilities were top-notch, with everything being clean. The grounds and the hotel itself had a wow factor.
