This hotel offers great value for money, with very reasonable prices. The attention to detail is outstanding, and you can see it in the beautifully preserved Victorian houses along the promenade. The location, right by the seafront, is perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful original sash windows and options for larger beds. And don't even get me started on the breakfast - the homemade jams are to die for!

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and attention to detail at our recent stay. The owners took the time to prepare welcome bags for our children, which they loved. The location was ideal, with the seafront and activities within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the lounge/bar area provided a nice space to relax in the evenings. a fantastic find!

The room could benefit from a refurbishment. There were some concerns regarding bed bugs, which caused discomfort and distress.

I arrived on my birthday to the most wonderful welcome at Seahorse Guest House. the rooms were spacious and roomy, and the breakfast and homemade jams were out of this world. Sandra and Phil, the owners, are an absolute credit to the guest house business, as they made us feel like friends rather than just guests. I can't wait to return!

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. the location was great, close to the beach and other attractions. It was also nice to have toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Our room was not in great condition. It was not very clean and had a strange odor.

We had a wonderful stay at the guest house, with the staff at Seahorse Guest House being incredibly kind and helpful. From providing a snack for our grand daughter at bedtime to serving a delicious breakfast with homemade jams, they truly went above and beyond. The room was spotlessly clean and stocked with all the essentials, and the atmosphere between guests and staff was warm and welcoming. We can't recommend Seahorse Guest House enough and will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

As a family traveling by car, we loved the convenient parking facilities at the Seahorse Guesthouse. It made our trip so much easier!
