I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right by the beach was absolutely amazing. I could simply cross the road and be on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sea view. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The parking was convenient and there was also easy access to transportation, with the train station being less than a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's proximity to the center of the city made it convenient for exploring the area and accessing various amenities.

Nothing it was perfect.

The owners were really friendly and welcoming, and the room had a great view of the sea. the property was conveniently located with free parking, and there was a good supply of tea and coffee in the room.

The bathroom was small and the shower cubicle was high and potentially dangerous. the room could have used some more amenities like a bedside reading lamp.

High step and awkward shower doors.

the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location across from the beach and sand dunes. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for nearby walks. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was lacking.

The room at Database Room was clean, spacious, and larger than expected. The location was very close to the beach and an easy walk into town. There was a free car park on the street, and we were lucky to find parking space nearby. The hosts, Ian and Sue, were fantastic and knowledgeable about the local area. The room had a sea view and amenities like a fridge and Wi-Fi. The town of Barmouth had plenty of eating and drinking venues, and the long sandy beach was a pleasure to walk along. The harbour was also a beautiful spot to visit.

Location right on the coast, with the beach right opposite the hotel. Clean surroundings and spotless room. Friendly staff who provided great service. Lovely view from the games room, where we enjoyed nibbles and a G&T.

Nothing to dislike.

Ian and Sue were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and chatty. They helped us with everything we needed and even amended our stay last minute. The home was clean, tidy, and provided a comfortable "home from home" experience. The location was convenient, with the train station, Barmouth center, and the main beachfront all just 5 minutes away. Close proximity to shops like Spar and CO-OP made it an ideal place to stay.

They even gave us helpful suggestions for scenic walks based on our interests. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station and right in front of the beach. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea.

Our Easter stay was very enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the nearby beach. the bed was comfortable, and the shower provided a refreshing experience. the location was perfect, with close proximity to local shops and the town center. the owners were very friendly and accommodating.

While our stay was very good overall, there were a few negative aspects. the lack of a refrigerator in the room made it difficult to keep drinks cool during the hot weather.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room at Seascape. It was larger than expected and very clean, which was a credit to the owners. The en suite bathroom in my room was excellent, with a fantastic shower. The beds were super comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The owners were lovely and even allowed my boyfriend to park in a resident parking space. There was no curfew, which was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
