Brendan and Martina were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast spread was scrumptious. the views were breathtaking, and the little patio was perfect for family relaxation.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be a great addition.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the beautiful views added to the cozy feel. As a guest looking for comfort and relaxation, it ticked all the boxes for me.

Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the view more.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views over Carlingford Lough, making it an excellent choice for trips across the lough on the Carlingford ferry, walking in the Mournes, or evening outings to Rostrevor and Warrenpoint, where there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, bright, clean, and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a B&B or hotel. The breakfast is top class and plentiful, with a huge selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and a cooked breakfast to order.

The place is spotlessly clean, superb mattress, terrifically friendly hosts, outstanding scenery, beautiful panoramic views.

The iconic sandwiches were straight-up legendary, you'll be dreaming about them for weeks. Not to mention, the dining area overlooking the stunning views was pure bliss.

Wow, what beautiful scenery! the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the natural surroundings were amazing. I was also impressed with the variety of foods and beverages offered for breakfast. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Sadly, I had some issues with the facilities. the room I was given was not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.
