The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views over Carlingford Lough, making it an excellent choice for trips across the lough on the Carlingford ferry, walking in the Mournes, or evening outings to Rostrevor and Warrenpoint, where there is a good selection of pubs and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, bright, clean, and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a B&B or hotel. The breakfast is top class and plentiful, with a huge selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and a cooked breakfast to order.

Despite a few minor issues like running out of toiletries and the floorboards being a bit squeaky, these were easily overshadowed by the overall fantastic experience. Wow, what beautiful scenery! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the natural surroundings were amazing. I was also impressed with the variety of foods and beverages offered for breakfast. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Sadly, I had some issues with the facilities. The room I was given was not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.
