I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with lovely clean bedding and sparkling windows. The hotel facilities were great, and the location, right on the edge of Sefton Park in the affluent locale of Aigburth, was simply stunning. I enjoyed walking around the park and it was ideal for attending the Fever Candlelight concert at the Palm House. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk on Lark Lane. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Almost perfect, just a minor issue with the wifi initially. However, the staff quickly resolved the problem by changing my room to a bigger and better one.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and had the most amazing view of the lake in Sefton Park. The staff went above and beyond, especially when I had to go to the hospital in the early hours of the morning. They called a taxi for me and even brought breakfast to my room when I got back. They also let us have a late check-out so we could catch up on some much-needed sleep. The customer service here is truly exceptional.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was the coffee. It was undrinkable instant coffee, and I think investing in a good espresso machine would make a big difference.

The hotel is conveniently located fairly close to the town centre by taxi, making it easy to explore the city. it is next to a delightful park, providing a pleasant atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. The bus stops near the hotel also allow for easy access to Liverpool city centre, ensuring convenient transportation options.

It is worth noting that some reviews have mentioned issues with the quality of the room, such as shabby and basic furnishings, single glazing resulting in noise disturbance, and inadequate temperature control.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a convenient location near Liverpool City Center. The staff at Sefton Park Hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom and all the basic amenities I needed. The hotel also had fast WiFi and nice coffee/tea facilities, with plenty of milk available. The free parking across from the hotel was a great bonus. Additionally, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of Sefton Park, just across the road.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

My recent stay at a hotel opposite Sefton Park was fantastic. the staff were friendly, the reception always staffed, and the hotel had a visually appealing and safe atmosphere. They were extremely helpful in arranging our visit to Everton Football Ground. the room was spacious and had excellent fire safety features. the shower was also great. the location was perfect, giving us easy access to bars, restaurants, and Liverpool town centre. the hotel bar and restaurant had a lovely ambiance, although we didn't eat there. it was a perfect choice for larger families, and they even allowed pets. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

The location of this hotel is fabulous, right on the edge of Sefton Park. As someone who brought their dog along, it was excellent for us - right next to the park which is massive and great for dog walks and runs. The service provided by the staff was good, with attention given to basic amenities and ensuring the rooms were clean. They even refunded my deposit when I arrived and informed them about the unwanted light creeping in around the curtains from the flood lighting at the front of the hotel. The breakfast, priced at £6.95, was adequate for the purpose we chose the hotel. While it did take a fairly long time to arrive, I don't know why I was expecting a buffet of everything for the price they charge. After all, you can get a premier inn with a full buffet breakfast for less than £50 a night.

All was fine and met our expectations.
