Great location next to the canal and attractions. Comfortable room. Management was understanding and responsive. Own map and recommendations provided. Wonderful breakfast buffet with Hokkaido specialties. Stylish refurbished room with a nice view.

We had a corner room with a breathtaking view of the canal at night. The personal bath tub felt like our very own private onsen. The nearby seafood restaurant was a highlight with its fresh and local seafood. a luxurious stay with an ideal location. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the canal and just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the laundry service. There was also a nice terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The hotel has free coffee and skin care amenities available for guests which is a nice touch. Its location is also very convenient, with everything in walking distance. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience.

The room felt cramped and it was a struggle to fit four adults in one space comfortably. The staff were not very friendly, which was a little off-putting.
