We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Sussex countryside. The location was beautiful, surrounded by peaceful gardens and offering easy access to the surrounding area. The hotel had a charming atmosphere with its working farm, giving it a unique and tranquil setting. Despite being in the countryside, it was conveniently close to the road network and not too far from the sea. The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing, with a variety of options and delicious food prepared to order by a friendly chef. The staff at the hotel were lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The attention to detail is remarkable, from the beautiful rooms with the extra bunk beds for the grandchildren, to the pretty views over open countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast, cooked by the fantastic chef there, was simply outstanding. The poached eggs were the best I've ever had, made with fresh eggs from the farm. They even had vegan options available.

All in all, everything was perfect and there's really nothing to fault.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially for vegetarians like me. It was freshly cooked and really set us up for the day. The location was also great for our plans and the surrounding area was so quiet, we had a really peaceful sleep.

The main building could do with a little sprucing up. Some of the trees looked like they were dying and the canopies needed replacing.

We recently spent Easter weekend at a charming B&B nestled in a beautiful area. The exterior of the buildings and the grounds were lovely, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast, which was freshly prepared and served in generous portions. Another advantage was the proximity to a picturesque village and stunning countryside. It was a great location for exploring the surrounding area.

the cleanliness of the room could have been improved. the bed was old and uncomfortable, leading to a lack of quality sleep during our stay.

Lovely stay with a beautiful setting and spacious room. Enjoyed feeding the horses with apples from the orchard. The breakfast was excellent. The complex of buildings was well laid out and had good facilities. Parking was abundant. The staff, especially the chef and waitress, were pleasant and good company. The nearby Fox pub was a great place for a pint and a meal.

The breakfast was filling and delicious, and the quaint setting of the hotel offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The warm atmosphere in the breakfast area and the beautiful lawn made it the perfect spot for a morning meal. the option for porridge with blueberries and strawberries was a welcome surprise.

The hotel lacked essential amenities such as USB charging points, making it difficult to charge our phones and causing us to resort to using the car to recharge. the location was quite challenging to find due to its distance from the main road, and the room itself was lacking in furnishings, with insufficient space for hanging coats or storing wet outer clothes.

The value for money at Old Selden Farm was fantastic! The room we stayed in was incredible, with its own little building and spotlessly clean facilities. The location was lovely and quiet, surrounded by green trees and beautiful lawns. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
