The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The recently refurbished wing was comfortable and functional. The buffet offered excellent value with a wide variety of choices. The location was great, close to beaches, bars, cafes, and clubs but just tucked away enough for peace and quiet. The separate kiddies pool was a bonus.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the variety of amenities offered at the hotel. the three pool areas, including an adults-only pool and a children's pool, provided options for everyone. the sunbathing area by the large pool was more than adequate, and the waterfall feature added a nice touch to the ambiance. the hotel had a sunset terrace and a private garden, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. the location of the hotel was also a plus, with supermarkets, pubs, and bars all within a short walk.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. the noise from the Sunset Terrace, located next to our room, was quite bothersome.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the beach, bus stop, and the popular O Beach Club. The hotel had three pools, with one pool exclusively for adults. The coffee at the bar was excellent, and we enjoyed having a variety of fish dishes available at all times. we were very satisfied with our stay and felt that it offered great value for money.

Great value for money, very clean accommodation and friendly staff. Enjoyed the all-inclusive meal plans and the entertainment for kids and adults. the availability of daily room cleaning and new towels was appreciated and made our Christmas experience much easier.

Our room had a balcony facing an internal courtyard and lacked direct sunlight. the soundproofing in the room could have been better, as we could hear our neighbors' conversations.

The hotel had a 24-hour reception, free wifi, outdoor pool, and a snack bar. Perfect for couples without kids who want to enjoy the island and its idyllic spots.

Just loved how the noise from the neighboring rooms and the stale smoke smell in my room made my stay even more delightful.

Recently stayed at Brilliant hotel for 5 nights. Very clean and not as noisy as expected. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team, especially Jeffrey, made our stay brilliant. We enjoyed the adult only pool and the rooftop terrace had a fantastic view of the sunset. Will definitely stay again.
