The accommodation we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully presented. The caravan was of high quality and had everything we needed. The staff at the park were friendly and helpful, pointing us in the right direction when we were lost on arrival. We were given a pass for our car, making it easy to come and go from the park. The location was perfect for our needs and we had access to facilities such as a shop, launderette, and chip shop.

The ordering app in the restaurant didn't work due to poor signal.

Checking in at the entrance barrier was seamless, as we were given a pass to hang in our car, allowing easy access to the park each time we returned. Absolutely gorgeous accommodation and the park was very clean and beautifully presented. Each bay had its own name and staff were available to point you in the right direction if you're lost on arrival. On arrival you're booked in at the barrier at the entrance and given a pass to hang in your car so that after you just drive to the barrier n it rises to give you access to ir from the park. They also give you a map of the park showing shop. launderette.chip shop.

We paid nearly £1000 for 5 day stay travelled 9 hrs and on arrival the premium accommodation hadn't been cleaned to a good standard. . Other guests food left in bathrooms and kitchen not cleaned, floors not cleaned.
