The location of this place was very convenient for us as we wanted to visit Harry Potter @WBTourLondon. The gardens here were beautiful and well kept, even though it rained during our 3-day stay. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the room amenities, such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, were great. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area made our stay even more enjoyable.

They also mentioned that they had two weddings at the venue, but this didn't affect the service in the restaurant, which was only half full. we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the train station and restaurants, but also in lovely grounds that made you feel like you were in the country. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

I had a lovely stay here, surrounded by beautiful countryside and even an adjacent golf course. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was great. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, and the room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar. It was also great to have a dining table and garden furniture in the room.

The only issue I had was with the location of the sink, which would have been preferred in the bathroom rather than the restaurant. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Spent a wonderful Christmas break at a charming country hotel. the afternoon tea and hearty meals were included in the package. the hotel had a great location just a short drive away from the Harry Potter studios. the festive decor added a magical touch to the experience.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the curtains were half hanging off the tracks, which took away from the overall experience.

Despite a minor setback in the restaurant, the waiting staff were apologetic and did their best to minimize the inconvenience. The reception area had recently been renovated, giving a fresh and welcoming impression. Additionally, there was a good selection of tea and coffee facilities in the room. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was pleasant, with beautiful bushes lining the driveway and a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant provided a nice setting for an evening meal, and the maze located halfway down the property added a unique touch.

We stayed at Shendish Manor for our visit to Harry Potter studios. The location was ideal and the staff were incredibly friendly. The superior rooms were comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. Excellent value for money. The buffet breakfast had well-seasoned components and the dinner was some of the best food we've had in a long time. We were impressed and even left positive feedback for the kitchen staff. The reception area was bright and the overall environment was lovely. Plenty of parking available.

I had a pleasant stay at Shendish Manor. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the dinner and bar area were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the dinner, which was surprisingly good after initially being told we couldn't eat in the restaurant due to a staff shortage. The food turned out to be delicious, and the service was great. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Shendish Manor. I would recommend this hotel to others.
