Upgraded twice during our stay! The Indian restaurant in-house served some truly fab food. The welcoming vibes made our Christmas stay extra special.

However, my room had a bathroom that felt like it time-traveled back to the 80s! And juggling with that air conditioning control? A comedic act waiting to happen.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was inconsistent and didn’t cool the room effectively, which made for an uncomfortable night. The carpets showed signs of wear and weren’t very inviting, and the Wi-Fi struggled to keep up, making it tough for any business-related tasks. Additionally, the bathrooms felt dated, causing a bit of a retro flashback, which didn't meet expectations for comfort. Some plugs were poorly positioned, adding to the inconvenience.

i previously stayed in hillingdon, and my recent visit to sheraton really exceeded my expectations. the comfy bed and spacious bathroom made my stay enjoyable, and finding my room was a breeze after the initial confusion. overall, i felt valued and appreciated as a guest during my shopping trip.

I absolutely loved the extraordinary breakfast variety that set us up for our journey. The Sports Bar was a delightful surprise, offering generous portions and tasty treats. The staff, especially Akshay & Lalldeo, made our family feel truly special during our stay!

The staff were heaps friendly, and the pool was pretty cool! Only downside was the lifts were a bit annoying at night. Overall, a sweet stay!

the sport bar had lots of food choices but was too empty. the lift situation at night was annoying.

The room was wicked spacious, fit our family of four just right. Staff checked us in quick, real friendly too. Loved the breakfast options, especially the full spread. The air conditioning? Needs a little love, was tough to keep cool. Ran into a couple of minor issues, but no biggie. And that bar? Great for late-night snacks.

The family room was pretty spacious and had two double beds, which was great for our group. The beds were super comfy, so we slept well. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was powerful. I did notice the windows didn’t completely block out the airplane noise, which could be annoying for light sleepers. But overall, I had a decent stay and was pleased with the room.

Had a nice king room with a desk, which was perfect for my work. The TV had YouTube, so I could chill with some music. Loved the bar area for a late-night snack, but the WiFi was a total struggle. Gotta fix that or it's a miss for business folk.

This place suits me perfectly! The attentive staff helped me find directions on my first stay. With 24-hour reception, a relaxing lounge area, and great internet access, it has everything I need. I can't wait to come back!
