I had a great time staying at a hotel in Hamburg. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the city and within walking distance to the AußenAlster lake. I loved being so close to the train station, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a decent-sized bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good selection and was reasonably priced. it was a great experience.

The spa services were a bit disappointing. It was difficult to reach anyone at the spa, and when I finally did, the massage I received wasn't worth the money.

I also loved the spa and wellness center that provided amazing services such as massages, a steam room, and body wraps.

The hotel lobby had a beautiful Art Deco design and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. The location was perfect, right across the street from the main train station and close to the city center. The hotel made my birthday celebration unforgettable. the service, cleanliness, and location were excellent.

The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice bonus, and we found a coffee shop nearby that sold bio degradable capsules. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

In just 15 minutes, they changed all the bedding to non-allergic ones, which was a great gesture. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, making it a great way to start our day.

The Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was wonderful! We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a great way to start our trip. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast spread was a highlight with a wide variety of options that catered to all dietary restrictions. the hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained.

While our stay was wonderful, there were a few areas that could have improved. The amenities were lacking as there was no swimming pool or sauna available during our stay.
