I recently stayed at Shipquay Boutique Hotel for Marcus's birthday. The service was exceptional, with birthday cards, delicious buns, and prosecco delivered to our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the towels and dressing gowns were soft and fluffy, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. it was a wonderful stay with thoughtful touches that made it truly special. I would definitely return.

The value for money at Shipquay Boutique was excellent - clean, modern and comfortable room with a comforting touch of a Bible in the bedside table. The central location was fantastic, within walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and sights. The Christmas tree in our room was a lovely touch.

Upon arrival at Shipquay Boutique, we were welcomed by a tastefully decorated reception area that had a wonderful aroma. The friendly and professional receptionists made us feel instantly at ease. We even received a glass of prosecco, which was a lovely touch! Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including toiletries, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities. The highlight of our stay was spotting Tom Allen, who was also a guest at the hotel. Meeting him was a brilliant experience! I highly recommend Shipquay Boutique for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and memorable moments.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the central location of this hotel. It was convenient for exploring the city and experiencing all it had to offer. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and even provided suggestions for dinner, which turned out to be amazing. The hotel bar had an impressive cocktail menu, and the staff there were so lively and made my night. The room itself was stunning, with a super-comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The breakfast, served in-room at no extra cost, was a delightful touch. my stay was fantastic and I will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of town. It is conveniently close to both shopping centres, making it ideal for a shopping spree. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the river and Guild Hall. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, offering prosecco on arrival and during breakfast. The breakfast itself is amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. The bathroom is spacious and nicely decorated, with high-quality products provided.

The walk to the nearest car park, Foyleside, can be quite long and cumbersome when carrying luggage.

The information provided about parking was not accurate, which was a major inconvenience after a long journey. the room didn't have much of a view, as it faced a brick wall.
