The housekeeping here was top-notch, our room was always spotless! the staff was super friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. Loved having access to the fully equipped kitchen, it made our longer stay much more convenient. the location was great as well, very close to the city centre, making exploring Southampton a breeze.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level caused by the self-locking bedroom doors. It would be nice if they could be adjusted to close more quietly.

The location was also great, with shops within walking distance and easy access to the train station and bus stop leading to the town center.
