The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing local information and making us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and all its attractions.

Our room was a disappointment. It was described as a suite but turned out to be shabby and uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service, friendly cook/chef, comfortable room, great location. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Staff were welcoming and helpful, allowed us to leave our car after checking out. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a charming inn not far from the old city walls. The location was great, within walking distance of the city centre. The room and ensuite were clean and a good size. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The full English breakfast was delicious and the beds were super comfortable. there was great private parking available.

The location is perfect, close to public transport and a beautiful beer garden where you can relax in the sunshine. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city walls, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved the food at the hotel, it was of excellent quality and the atmosphere was superb. the room we stayed in was spacious and even better than the photos we saw online. the complimentary amenities such as hot chocolate, coffee, and biscuits made us feel very welcome.

The service during breakfast could have been better organized. On one occasion, we had to wait for 45 minutes for our order to be served.
