As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The high ceilings and beautiful views of the garden were a pleasant bonus. The staff was wonderful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast in the sun room was top notch, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, with Edinburgh Waverley station just a short 15-minute walk away.

I had an excellent experience at No 6. the owner, Hilary, was extremely friendly and welcoming. the house itself is beautiful, with period original features that create a charming atmosphere. My bedroom was comfortable, especially the king-size bed. I appreciated the heating and the luxurious touches like the robes and towels. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of tasty food options. the location was just right for me, offering a bit of distance from the city center but still within walking distance of popular attractions like Princes Street and Holyrood House. I would definitely return on my next visit.

The guesthouse is located in a lovely neighborhood, with a large enclosed garden that provides a tranquil atmosphere. It is easily walkable to the main sights of the city and is in close proximity to the center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with luxurious bathrooms and complimentary extras such as wine and coffee. The breakfast options are delicious and offer a wide variety of choices. Guests also have access to fast WIFI, making it convenient for both work and leisure.

One downside is that some rooms may be located underground, resulting in a lack of natural light and potential noise from the street above.

The guest house we stayed at during Thanksgiving was absolutely stunning. the decor was breathtaking and made us feel like we were in a different time period. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the best part was the cozy and warm atmosphere by the roaring fire in the lounge. We also loved the convenient location, close to popular attractions while still being on a peaceful street.

The noise level from neighboring guests. We could hear them walking around and talking in the neighboring room, which disrupted our sleep.

Staying here was an experience of luxury and exclusivity. The only minor issue we experienced here was the lack of a leisure/TV room. Considering the luxurious ambiance and the ample space available, we expected to find a comfortable area to relax and unwind.
