We had a fantastic stay at The Crow Inn. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. They showed us to our room and explained everything to us, even recommending places to go for a meal and organizing a taxi for us. Adam behind the bar was particularly helpful, even offering cashback service. Charlotte also provided excellent service in the bar. The hotel had real character and charm, and our room was quiet, clean, and secure. There was plenty of drawer space for our belongings. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the city and only a 5-minute walk to Kelham Island, so we had easy access to both the city center and the historic area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The pub downstairs had a great selection of ales and delicious pies. We even made some new friends with other guests. Excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

We came for a festival over the weekend and found this little inn, what a find indeed! In terms of location, it is pretty central, with the cathedral literally right around the corner. Clean, comfortable, quiet, free internet, excellent showers and overall pretty cozy. The staff were friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. I recommend this little humble gem unreservedly. P.S. the bar offers an interesting selection of beers.
