The location is sweet as, heaps close to shops. But my room wasn’t cleaned properly, a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was top-notch though, loved the smoked salmon.

Breakfast team was 10/10, but room cleanliness lacked.

Consider inquiring about room upgrades if traveling with family, as some rooms are quite small and proximity can be an issue.

Staff were super friendly and even popped a bottle of prosecco in the room for my boyfriend's birthday. The location was spot on—lekker walking distance to shops and sights! A real jol near Cote restaurant too, which was perfect for dinner.

Had a bit of an issue with the shower door not closing properly, but it wasn't a biggie. Just went for a bath instead.

The rooms are very dated—bathrooms are in terrible condition!!! Noise from external sources can disrupt your sleep!!! The main lift is slow and often gets crowded during peak hours!!! Housekeeping needs to step up their game!!!

Location was fantastic—right by the tube! The neighborhood offered plenty of charming cafes and shops. I got upgraded to a superior room, which was spacious and oh so comfy for my stay.

But oh dear, the bathroom was like stepping into a time machine! And I nearly lost my sanity with the bass from the nightclub below—what a way to keep you on your toes!

Had a lovely 2-night stay with my husband, enjoying complimentary drinks and snacks that made us feel extra special.
