Great staff, comfy bed, nice room space, helpful reception, lovely breakfast.

Nothing could have been better.

We enjoyed the Easter weekend away but unfortunately, there were a few aspects that let our stay down. the area in which the hotel was located was convenient as there were nearby shops and a restaurant. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

the breakfast was basic with one member of staff rudely trying to charge us again when we had already prepaid. we don't plan to return.

We loved the great air conditioning in the hot weather, making our stay very comfortable. The staff accommodated our request for ground floor bedrooms, which was perfect for my elderly mother. The continental breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans.

That it felt warm in the room, but the staff were very helpful and resolved any issues promptly.

We loved the convenient location, with everything right at our doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean, perfect for our family. The room size was great, and the shower was strong and warm. For the price we paid, we definitely got what we were looking for.

The evening meal, a delicious carvery, was filling and the breakfast was cooked just right. I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
