As a couple, we loved the warm welcome by the porter and the upgraded room. The head concierge was very helpful in showing us around. The room was well-appointed with plenty of sockets for chargers and a convenient safe. We enjoyed the little touches like having a lemon and lime for our drinks. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, especially the boiled eggs. The bar service was quick, even during busy times.

We had a fabulous stay at South Place Hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in the city. The modern decor of the hotel was impressive and our king room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were attentive and helpful, especially the receptionist who greeted us and showed us to our room, explaining how everything worked. The attention to detail was evident, from the proper glasses in the room to the fresh lemon and lime provided. The breakfast was delicious, with the best boiled egg I've had in years. Despite the bar being noisy in the evening, the hotel was wonderfully quiet in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to West End theatres, tube stations, and Liverpool St The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to walk to many popular sights. Guests also appreciate the delicious food and drinks offered at the hotel's bar, with the bill being reasonable on top of that.

Some guests have reported issues with the temperature control in the rooms, with the AC not functioning properly.

As young people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and trendy design of the rooms. The bathroom was top-notch, with a luxurious rainwater shower and a spacious bathtub. The minibar was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks. The "Spies Society" lounge on the 1st floor was a lovely place to unwind and chill.

What a magical experience we had at South Place! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the surprise upgrade to a Studio Suite, every moment was filled with delight. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless, complete with macaroons and a personalized welcome card. And, to top it all off, a lovely lady greeted me with a glass of Champagne at the door! Our dinner at the Angler restaurant was a culinary masterpiece, and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace surrounded by enchanting Christmas decorations. Breakfast in bed was the perfect way to start the day. We couldn't have asked for more from the staff who made our night a fabulous dream. Can't wait to go back!

This hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and in the center of everything. The rooms are well-appointed with comfy beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel special. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers little extras like Dyson hairdryers and in-room toasters for a convenient stay.

The hotel lacks karaoke and casino facilities for entertainment purposes.

Excellent staff and comfortable room with hi-tech controls. The bar is well-stocked and the restaurant has beautifully presented food. Great for a romantic getaway or special occasion. The seasonal decorations were stunning and the little treats were delicious.

The atmosphere was a bit too lively on certain days, but it did calm down eventually. Some of the cocktails and nibbles were a bit on the pricey side.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt like royalty. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with our luggage. The room was immaculate and had luxurious amenities like a Jacuzzi and comfortable bed. The restaurant served delicious food and the private facilities were exclusive and relaxing. The overall service was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

One minor letdown was the spa centre. Although the massages were good, the sauna and steam room were lacking compared to other hotels.
