A warm welcome by friendly hosts. Super comfortable and clean room. Outstanding breakfast feast. Great local recommendations for restaurants. Pleasant "home from home" atmosphere. Exceptionally well-appointed house. Spectacular views of the coastline. Spacious and comfortable room in a great location.

Stayed at a lovely guest house in Lynton with a stunning view. From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting great places to visit and even messaging in advance with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and kept us fueled for the day. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Thanks to Bryan and Julia for a great time away!

had a fabulous weekend at a lovely b&b in lynton. spotlessly clean rooms with all the amenities you need. the owners were so welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade compote. highly recommended for a perfect getaway.

Shower pressure was a little low.

Located in a beautiful area, this guest house offers a pretty front garden and is conveniently located near the railway. The rooms are decorated beautifully with comfy beds, and the bathrooms are clean. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and happy to provide helpful information. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order with a nice selection. Guests can also enjoy the view from some rooms. there is a small car park at the back of the property.

We had an amazing stay at South View! The location was perfect, just steps away from the charming village of Lynton and the breathtaking Cliff Railway to Lynmouth. Our room on the second floor had a lovely view over the town. The breakfast options were outstanding, with a delicious fruit salad that had an impressive variety of 14 different fruits! The owners were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent suggestions for nearby attractions like the Exmoor Forest Safari. Despite being a big guy, I found the shower and hand basin a bit small, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this guest house for a memorable stay in Lynton.

Good location near walking trails and pubs. Room was clean with nice bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of hot options to choose from.

The hotel was noisy with loud guests and thin walls. Wi-Fi did not work in the room and the parking was difficult to find.

The room didn't have a view and the bathroom was quite small.
