The proximity to tube stations and the 24-hour connections to Stansted airport at Liverpool Street station were extremely handy. The cozy pub downstairs and the overall building atmosphere were also a plus.

First, there was no hot water on both mornings, despite informing the staff. there was someone snoring loudly all night, which was quite disruptive.

The location of the hostel was perfect for our needs, and the double room with ensuite was nicely presented with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Great location in the city centre and easy to check in and pre-pay online. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the private curtains, bedside light, and charging plugs on the bed. The storage cage under the bed was also handy for keeping my belongings secure. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had difficulty finding the hostel as it was inside a busy pub, and the area lacked options for eating or getting a snack on the weekends. There were some cleanliness issues, such as a dirty shower floor and smelly bathroom water.
