Amazing stay with stunning views! Loved the sparkling clean rooms and the comfortable beds. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry station. the sea view from the room was breathtaking. the friendly staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. the cooked breakfast was delicious, and the variety of options was outstanding.

Small issues with the bed being two singles pushed together, which made it uncomfortable in the middle. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room, so we had to stand by the door to get a connection.

I had an amazing stay at this B&B on my recent trip to Scotland. The location was absolutely magnificent, offering stunning views overlooking the bay. The location of the B&B is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the town centre and the Rothesay port. Guests can easily explore the area on foot and enjoy the beautiful shoreline nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern decor that blends well with the Victorian fixtures. The bathrooms are well-fitted and include fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries. Additionally, the breakfast menu offers a wide variety of options, and the poached eggs are especially delicious.

One minor drawback is the occasional drop in wifi signal strength, which can be a little inconvenient.

We chose this hotel based on its location and rating, and we were pleasantly surprised. Mike, our host, was friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with great tips for our stay. The property was pristine with stunning views of the loch. Breakfast on the veranda was a highlight, surrounded by the beautiful landscape. The room was comfortable and had thoughtful details like a larger tea mug. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily. a fantastic stay and highly recommendable.

I had a bit of an accident in the bathroom, as the floor was quite slippery. This resulted in some pretty nasty bruised ribs and a trip to the A&E.
