The croissants were straight-up heavenly, a true taste of Cornwall. Easy access to St Ives and surrounding spots. Sweet convenience with on-site shop goodies.

Our digs reeked like wet pups, understaffed kitchen woes, and wonky timing on openings. Despite the quirks, St Ives' charm shines bright.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the staff, from the entertainers to the management and bar staff, were exceptional. We especially appreciated the quick response when we had a power issue in our lodge. the housekeeping staff were also very accommodating and attentive to our needs. the location was perfect for us, allowing us to easily explore St Ives, Carvis Bay, Penzance, and other attractions nearby. the outdoor dining area was charming and the woodland walks onsite were a lovely way to unwind.

One area that could be improved is the maintenance of the lodge. We noticed a few areas that needed some attention, such as the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen.

Enjoyed the sauna and indoor pool, even though locating them was my daily adventure. the area offered great dining options. Sliding doors to my private balcony were a lovely touch, a different sliding motion might turn them from a puzzle to a delight!

The bathroom door had its own mind, playing hard-to-get with closing.

The lodge we stayed in was super cozy and spacious, with a lovely modern finish, and the greenery around was just stunning, plus the whole area had great dog walking trails! the kids had a blast with the entertainment and we enjoyed the reasonably priced restaurant food. the only bummer was that the room felt a bit chilly even with the heating. 😊

The lodge was well-located and clean, with daily child-friendly entertainment. the Caravan Lodge was spacious, featuring a pleasant outside decking area with a picnic table. Staff were quick to respond to a broken bed leg issue, maintaining the comfortable furniture.

st. ives holiday village offered a delightful woodland setting for a family holiday. the lodges were clean with convenient parking. the kids' club and evening entertainment provided a fun experience. equipped kitchen and surrounding beaches were highlights. cons: everything was delightful! 🌟.

Great value for money, comfortable room, fantastic location for woodland walks, and energetic staff. Our stay at the village was truly enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety.

Absolutely mind-blown by the pristine cleanliness of the 'gold' pet-friendly chalet. the woodland walk was super serene, with incredibly WELCOMING STAFF and delicious pizza at the on-site restaurant. Location served as a fantastic base for exploring the area, especially the stunning Carbis Bay beach. the kids' activities and entertainment were jaw-droppingly fun, and the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind. Will definitely return for more beach time this summer!

We enjoyed the convenient transportation options, with buses coming into the site allowing us to explore beautiful Cornwall effortlessly. the chalet was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The delightful woodland setting offered a perfect location for walks with the kids. Cons: Everything was delightful.

The recreational amenities at St Ives Holiday Village were enjoyable, especially the indoor pool. the shop on site stocked essential items and had friendly staff. the children's entertainers were exceptional, particularly with our autistic son, going above and beyond to make him feel included.

Breakfast in the restaurant was disappointing, with overcooked items and limited options.

The room smelt fungi & damp, which was very disappointing as myself & my daughter had to disinfect the bathroom & kitchen floor because it was dirty. the twin beds were comfortable and next door there was another bathroom which was spotless. the kitchen was well-equipped with a large cooker, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. the living room had ample seating, a TV, and a cozy fire.

The radiators in the master ensuite and family bathroom got very hot, making it uncomfortable at times. the room lost heat easily, requiring the use of a space heater constantly.

Beautiful woodland surroundings, modern and clean lodges, varied and well-priced restaurant menu, convenient location for exploring St Ives with good bus service, entertaining clubhouse and activities for kids.

Everything was exactly right.
