Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The children's entertainment was a hit, especially the craft room. The swimming pool was a great bonus. The renovated family room we stayed in was lovely. Despite some minor drawbacks, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to the beach and within walking distance of nice restaurants. The back of the doors in the showers were clean. The staff at breakfast were attentive and the buffet had plenty of choices.

It was hard to get the attention of waiting staff for drinks in the restaurants.

Rooms were spacious with ample storage. Family-friendly dining options. Enjoyed breakfast with a wide variety of delicious choices. Modern restaurant decor and friendly breakfast staff. Dinner menu was promising but didn't try it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was ideal for exploring the local area, with the beach, shops, and promenade all within easy walking distance. We loved being able to take leisurely strolls along the promenade and soak in the sea air.

Although our stay at this hotel was generally enjoyable, there was one minor aspect that could be improved. The curtains in our room didn't close fully, resulting in bright lights from the front of the hotel entering our bedroom.

During our city break, we really enjoyed the key location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near the beach, which made it easy for us to take leisurely walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the hotel had a swimming pool, which was a great feature for our kids to have some fun and relaxation.

Our main disappointment was the room we were assigned. Despite being promised a sea view, our room was directly over the ballroom, resulting in loud music until late at night.

Old room next to the door, cramped space.

We had a great time at St Ives Hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic swimming pool and sauna. They even provided a travel cot for our baby. The blonde-haired manager in the dining area was fantastic, she checked on us every evening and even made sandwiches for my partner and son when they weren't feeling well. The room was amazing and the food was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. The location was perfect, we could easily catch a bus to the Pleasure Beach without moving our car. The entertainment for the kids was a hit, and even Toni's guide dog had a blast on the beach. a wonderful experience.
