I had the most wonderful time at this hotel, with its perfectly located spot just a stone's throw from a major train station and yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central tourist attractions. The Conservatory restaurant downstairs is stunning, with beautiful natural light and a reflective pond, the staff were so welcoming and the service impeccable. Can't get over the lovely room with everything that I could possibly need and more!

It was a pity that the loyalty programme offered limited perks to the customers.

I recently stayed at the St. James' Court for 4 nights and it was perfect for my needs. The hotel's location, just 20 minutes from Marylebone railway station, was very convenient. The quiet side street meant minimal traffic noise. I upgraded to an executive room, which had a big bed and a modern look compared to the standard rooms. The food was delicious, with a great happy hour and live piano music in the evenings. The highlight was the beautiful garden at the back of the property, perfect for enjoying a cocktail or two. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a king size room without any hassle. A dessert with 'happy birthday' was left for my partner. The decor was modern and the breakfast delicious. The bistro had amazing service, with attentive staff and quick response to our needs. The hotel has 3 restaurants and 1 bar, perfect for meetings or relaxing. The courtyard is beautiful and great for outdoor seating. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Hyde Park and Green Park. a great hotel with pleasant staff.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help accommodate my requests. The rooms were well-appointed with great amenities such as free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, tea, and coffee facilities. The garden area was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful courtyard.

Upgraded to a beautiful room and received birthday treats. Great location with a helpful receptionist who allowed an early check-in and late check-out.

This hotel has everything you need! The location is just perfect and it is in such a nice neighborhood. You'll find renovated rooms with traditional English furniture and sufficient lighting. Plus, the breakfasts for every taste are included in the rate paid.

I've had the pleasure of staying at St. James' Court multiple times, for both business and leisure. The staff are all marvellous - from the doorman, reception staff to the waiting staff and the bar staff. Everybody goes out of their way to be helpful and I found many of the staff members adding their own personal touch to their service. The rooms are comfortable and recently refurbished, with a surprising perk of adjustable TV volume in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is healthy and the Quilon restaurant offers fantastic food at a reasonable price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to all the major sights in the city. It was also in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close to some amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to cater to all dietary requirements. The Alice in Wonderland themed High Tea was a highlight for us as tourists. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a casino, spa, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it allowed me to easily walk to Buckingham Palace and central London. The hotel staff were so welcoming upon my arrival and throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and provide exceptional service. The room I stayed in was lovely, spacious, and very clean. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and wake-up service. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great advantage. The staff were great and very obliging, making my stay even more enjoyable.
