I thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay! The location was fantastic, as it was right next to a large mall with lots of dining options nearby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Plus, the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, making each morning a breeze.

The fitness center equipment could use some updating, especially the WiFi connectivity.

I recently stayed for three nights at Hampton Inn Winston-Salem Hanes Mall, and I must say, the staff were exceptionally welcoming. They provided me with bottled water upon check-in and even notified me about fresh cookies being set out during the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with plenty of power and USB outlets. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of options, including hot items like eggs and fresh pastries, all maintained well, even during busy times. I truly appreciated their attention to cleanliness and hospitality.

The heating unit was a bit loud.

However, the hotel does show its age in spots. the heating unit was quite loud and the hair dryer was on its last legs. A few minor tweaks could make this place shine even brighter. Still, the charm remains!

Loved the outdoor pool area with comfy seating and grill! Enjoyed the 24-hour tea and coffee, and they even had water ready for us at check-in. The decor was pleasant and the check-out at 11 was a nice touch.

The toilet fiasco was quite an adventure—who knew I’d come for a stay and a plunge? Let’s just say I didn’t sign up for a DIY plumbing session!

Location was ideal, with the grocery shopping and dining options plentiful. The outdoor pool area featured seating and grilling spots, enhancing family time. Breakfast had a diverse range of tasty items, and a complimentary welcome text added a personal touch. I appreciated the clean, well-maintained room.

My room was spotless, and everything was stocked perfectly. The front desk ladies treated me like an old friend and even offered water before I headed to my room. Such a lovely and clean stay!

However, that heating unit sounded like a freight train! I almost thought it was auditioning for a role in a horror movie.
